Samuel Hines, Associate at Peraino Malinowski LLP

Sam is an associate at Peraino Malinowski LLP, where he represents developers, property owners and contractors in a broad range of real estate, construction and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Peraino Malinowski LLP, Sam was an associate at Lewis Brisbois LLP, representing contractors, subcontractors and building owners in premises liability and New York Labor Law matters. Prior to that, Sam was an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony matters from inception through trial. Sam’s extensive litigation experience makes him a dynamic litigator both inside and outside the courtroom.

Sam is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society (Trial Division) and the Brooklyn Law Journal of Law and Policy. Sam received his B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he was a Public Policy and Law major.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys watching baseball, making pottery and trying new restaurants.
