Jonathan Fertig is an Associate at Peraino Malinowski LLP, where he has handled a broad range of transactional and litigation matters. Jonathan has prior experience specializing in negotiating construction license and access agreements and litigating RPAPL § 881 special proceedings for both developers and impacted neighbors.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he pursued his interest in real estate through internships with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development ("HPD") and Cornicello, Tendler, Baumel-Cornicello, LLP. He also participated in Brooklyn Law School's Corporate and Real Estate Clinic.
