Erin G. McGuinness

Erin McGuinness is Counsel at Peraino Malinowski LLP, where she represents clients in commercial, contracts, real estate development, and construction disputes.

With her background in complex litigation in state and federal courts and arbitrations, Erin brings a strategic and client-focused approach to each matter, working to understand her clients’ objectives and develop tailored litigation strategies.

Erin received her J.D. And M.P.A. from Syracuse University, and her B.A. from the University at Buffalo. Erin is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
