Danielle Greco
Danielle is an associate at the firm with experience advising on commercial real estate transactions and construction projects throughout New York. Her practice spans acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and construction.
She represents a diverse client base, including developers, investors, family offices, property owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, and is actively involved in all phases of the transaction lifecycle. Danielle also negotiates license agreements and construction agreements in connection with ground-up development, capital improvement projects, and other construction projects.
Known for her practical, detail-oriented approach, Danielle works with sophisticated New York City real estate investors to efficiently execute transactions and navigate complex legal and commercial considerations.
Danielle received her BBA from Hofstra University and her JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
