Solon C. Stephanou

Solon " Solo" C. Stephanou is a corporate and commercial real estate attorney. He holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, where he graduated cum laude, and was recognized for his outstanding achievement in the Program of Study in Real Estate Law. During his time at Notre Dame, Solo specialized in transactional law and served in the Community Development Clinic, focusing on transactional law, particularly in corporate and real estate matters, including corporate formation, organizing non-profits, land development, leases, purchases, and sales. Following his graduation from law school, Solo worked for Notre Dame's Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate where he networked with alumni and industry professionals in Commercial Real Estate, organized and supported educational and industry-related conferences, and assisted with producing multimedia, research papers, and other projects.

 

Solo is deeply involved in the Hellenic American community in New York City, maintaining active membership in the Hellenic Lawyers Association, where he collaborates with fellow legal professionals of Greek descent. Additionally, he is involved with various Hellenic and Cypriot organizations, fostering community engagement and promoting cultural heritage.
