Andrew has drafted and argued numerous substantive motions in state and federal court and in arbitrations, achieving winning results for clients. Additionally, Andrew is a skillful negotiator who has secured favorable settlements in a variety of disputes, always balancing legal strategy with the business realities of his clients’ industries. Andrew earned his JD at the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, CO and his B.A. with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara.
