Andrew Neiman

Andrew Neiman represents developers, property owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in a broad range of litigation and contractual matters. On the commercial and construction side, he represents clients in contractual disputes related to property sales and leases, construction work and services, and access agreements. He also represents clients in matters pertaining to construction defect claims, fraud, business torts, adjacent property access, and project delays.

On the employment side, Andrew has experience representing employers in disputes related to employment agreements, non-solicitation agreements, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, medical and disability leave, and unpaid wages.

Known for his practical and creative approach to problem-solving, Andrew is adept at achieving successful outcomes tailored to each client’s goals and constraints. Andrew has drafted and argued numerous substantive motions in state and federal court and in arbitrations, achieving winning results for clients.

Additionally, Andrew is a skillful negotiator who has secured favorable settlements in a variety of disputes, always balancing legal strategy with the business realities of his clients’ industries.

Andrew earned his JD at the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, CO, and his B.A. with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
