Andrew Neiman
Andrew Neiman represents developers, property owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in a broad range of complex litigation and transactional matters. On the litigation side, he represents clients in contractual disputes related to property sales and leases, non-solicitation agreements, construction work and services, access agreements, and insurance. He also represents clients in matters related to construction defect claims, fraud, business torts, adjacent property access, and project delays. Known for his practical and creative approach to problem-solving, Andrew is adept at achieving successful outcomes tailored to each client’s goals and constraints. Andrew has drafted and argued numerous substantive motions in state and federal court and in arbitrations, achieving winning results for clients. Additionally, Andrew is a skillful negotiator who has secured favorable settlements in a variety of disputes, always balancing legal strategy with the business realities of his clients’ industries. Andrew earned his JD at the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, CO and his B.A. with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara.
